I discovered my love of design later in life. My background is in Fine Art and I taught in public schools and art centers for over 15 years. Though I love teaching, I was ready for a change. I recently went back to school for Interior Design and really found my passion. The challenge of creating functional spaces whether a kitchen or bedroom is my strength. It's like a giant puzzle to solve. In design, I have many influences that go back to my Fine Art roots. I have a love of history and all things old. I'm obsessed with DIY'ing old items into new. Either with a coat of paint or completely reimagining it. With my connection to art, I will highlight local artists in my custom designs. 

I live in Milford with my husband and 13 year old boy/girl twins. Plus our fur baby, Sugar, that is the real boss of the house. We live in a cozy house on 10 wooded acres that is our slice of heaven. Our family loves to travel, explore national parks and visit museums of all kinds.
